Processing Time
•Order Processing: All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships.

•Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your shipping location. We partner with trusted carriers to provide you with reliable service, including:
•Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-7 business days (dependent on location).

•Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.

•Overnight Shipping: Available for select items, typically arrives the next business day if placed by 12 PM (noon) Eastern Time.

•International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

•We currently ship to all U.S. states and select international destinations.

•Domestic Shipping: Available throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

•International Shipping: Available to countries including, but not limited to, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Australia, and many more. If you're unsure about whether we ship to your country, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs
•Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, size, and delivery location.

•For expedited or international orders, shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
•Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

•You can track your order on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.

Shipping Delays
•While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather, customs processing, and high demand during peak seasons.

Damaged or Lost Packages

P.O. Box Addresses
•We recommend using a physical address for faster and more reliable delivery. However, if you need to ship to a P.O. Box, please note that some carriers may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes, and this could result in delays.

Return Policy

At TheAutoSpec.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Please read our return policy below:

Return Eligibility

•Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

•Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, labels, and parts intact.

•Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

oInstalled or used parts
oElectrical components (e.g., sensors, wiring, ECU)
oClearance or final sale items

How to Return an Item

2.Return Authorization: We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide return instructions.

3.Ship the Item Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refunds

•Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

•If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original item for a refund.
